It's come to our attention through a number of e-mails that orders placed on/around the last week of October / early November and shipped via USPS First Class International have been experiencing delays due to Hurricane Sandy. The packages were routed through NY, and were held up by several days to a week before service resumed.

Orders placed around this time may take an additional week or so to arrive on top of the standard 2-5 weeks for First Class International delivery. Thanks for your patience!
