Shipping Times

We ship to most areas of the world serviced by the US postal service and/or DHL with a few exceptions. We process orders every business day, orders received before 9am EST typically ship same day. Our shipping schedule is occasionally interrupted by sales, conventions, holidays, emergencies and giant wombats. Orders placed during one of these times may take additional time to process. Estimated shipping times are after processing. We will do our best to keep you informed of any impending or current delays. 

USA Economy : Typically 3-8 business days average after processing
USA Priority : Typically 1-3 business days average after processing

International Economy (up to 1lb) : 2-5 weeks average after processing, however please note that they can sometimes take 4-8 weeks to reach international destinations. 

International Priority : 3-10+ business days average after processing.

We reserve the right to modify your chosen shipping method to another method of equal or better expected delivery speed. There would be no charge to you should we decide to modify or upgrade your shipping method.

Notice

Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain international destinations. We reserve the right to cancel an order if it's destination country has been a source of previous fraudulent orders. When you place an order, the shipping times displayed are estimates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Items may go out of stock, and we will contact you if there are any delays in processing your order due to this.

During sales and special product releases, your order may take several additional days to process and ship due to high volumes. Thanks for your patience!

Import Fees & Customs Duties

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, VAT, customs duties and/or fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened or defective items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you made a mistake placing your own order, we may ask you to pay additional shipping and handling fees to cover the cost of replacing your item(s).

Please note that apparel items can only be exchanged if they are in like-new unwashed and unstained condition. Do your best to not try your new shirt on in the middle of a mud wrestling match.

While we can exchange in the case of actual products damaged in shipping, the boxes our figures come in are considered packaging and damage to packaging is not automatic grounds for replacement. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

To Return an Item

Simply log in to your account, click on the order number, and select "Request Return" and fill out the relevant information. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
